Limit of 4 Per Customer All sales will be limited to a maximum of 4 copies of an individual card within a 24 hour period from a customer.  Any customer attempting to bypass this limit may have their order cancelled.  Cards that are allowed to be played in quantities greater than 4 are not subject to this limitation.

Buylist Approval  All buylists are subject to approval.  We can disapprove a submitted buylist or modify a buylist price for any reason.  Most common reasons for a refused buylist submission include recently banned or reprinted cards included in the buylist, duplicate submissions with identical cards which are over and above our current buylist limit, and incorrect prices (generally these will be adjusted, not cancelled).

Counterfeit Cards MTG Seattle will not knowingly purchase or sell counterfeit cards.  We take counterfeits very seriously.  If we receive a card on our buylist that is counterfeit, it will not be returned.  We mark all counterfeit cards "FAKE" with permanent marker and they are removed from circulation.  This is to prevent fraudulent use of these cards again.  We may, at our discretion, close any customer account or deny future orders from any customer who has sent counterfeit cards to us.  This is to protect our business as well as the MTG community.  Those customers may also be reported to the appropriate authorities for mail fraud if we feel they knowingly submitted counterfeit cards.

Shipping and Delivery Standards The following are estimations for business days once the shipping service has possession of the order. There may be extenuating circumstances or delays (including due to weather) that are outside of our control that may delay your shipment. These are not a guarantee of arrival date. We do our best to get each order shipped within 48 hours, excluding weekends.

-USPS First Class Mail 1-5 business days.

-USPS Priority Mail 1-4 business days.

-International USPS 1-4 weeks.

Return Policy Sealed Products: You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by MTG Seattle within 14 days of delivery. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  Singles: If you are not happy with the grading of the cards you received, you must let us know within 48 hours of receipt in order to be approved for a return.  If you received the wrong items, contact us before returning your items.  Returns will not be accepted for any other reasons.

Refunds Refunds are initiated after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.  A restocking fee of 8% applies to refunds for all products returned to us for any reason other than a mistake we made when shipping your items.  This includes order cancellations after payment has been issued, but before your products have been shipped.  

Your Privacy MTG Seattle is committed to protecting your privacy. We only use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide support and upgrades for our products. Please read on for more details about our privacy policy.

What information do we collect? How do we use it? When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. When you enter a contest or other promotional feature, we may ask for your name, address, and e-mail address so we can administer the contest and notify winners. You agree to be added to our mailing list for future promotions and deals. When you order through our website, you are opting in to receive newsletters about promotions, coupons, and important company announcements. All emails are sent through ConstantContact and you may opt out if you wish to no longer receive newsletters from us or our MTG partners.

How does MTG Seattle protect customer information? We use a Secure Server for collecting personal and credit card information. The secure server layer (SSL) encrypts (scrambles) all of the information you enter before it is transmitted over the Internet and sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

What about "cookies"? "Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. We do not use cookies to collect or store any information about visitors or customers.

Will MTG Seattle disclose the information it collects to outside parties? MTG Seattle does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to companies not affiliated with MTG Seattle. MTG Seattle may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will not include personally identifying information.

MTG Seattle may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of MTG Seattle, our users, or others.
